Returns:

You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your watch. To be eligible for a return, the watch must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all tags, labels, and protective stickers are intact. To request a return, simply contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the process.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model or design, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. The watch must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process.

Refunds:

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 7 business days after receiving the returned watch. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, and any customs duties or taxes paid for international orders will not be reimbursed.

Return Shipping:

For returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the watch received is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the watch. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.

Defective or Damaged Items:
